Hello there

Hi! My name is Fatma Genç and here’s a list of all the labels and experiences I’ve collected so far: PR manager at WeTransfer, community manager at Mindvalley, content creator on multiple channels, actress for over 15+ years, youtube creator, brand + culture specialist for start-up to scale-ups, mother, sister, lover.

Wherever I’d go I’d come across the oftentimes applauded phrase “we need more women in leadership”. As much as I agree, I am pushing for a more broader raise of awareness to actually start training young women on leadership and what it actually looks like.

With HeldinFM I’m trying to co-create a new definition of leadership, by spreading awareness on the new feminine leaders of our time (Podcasts), by supporting women in enactment of power (Workshops) and by much more.
